Abstract

The focus of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat. This type of research is quantitative research that emphasizes numerical data (numbers) processed using inferential statistical methods (analyzing the relationship between variables by testing hypotheses). The data source for this research was obtained directly from the answers to the questionnaires distributed to the research respondents, namely employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study explain partially or simultaneously that there is a significant influence between work discipline and the work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat. Work discipline and work environment affect the performance of employees at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Stabat KCP of 86.3%. This research also shows the direction of a positive relationship between work discipline and the work environment on employee performance, the better the work discipline the employee has and the more comfortable the work environment is, the employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat will also increase.
