Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of service on customer satisfaction of Savings and Loans Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) Pematang Cengal, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency. The source of this research data was obtained from questionnaire answers given by research respondents, namely Savings and Loans Customers of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) Pematang Cengal, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency. Data analysis in this study used validity test, reliability test, normality test, hypothesis test, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on this test, it is explained that there is a significant influence between service and customer satisfaction for savings and loans for Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) Pematang Cengal, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency. Services provided by Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) Pematang Cengal, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency for savings and loan customers affect customer satisfaction by 90.4%. There is a positive or in-line relationship between Service and Customer Satisfaction, the better the service provided by the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDES) of Pematang Cengal, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency, the higher the customer satisfaction for savings and loans, and vice versa, the lower the service provided by Village-Owned Enterprises (Village-Owned Enterprises).
