Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat. In this study the authors used a type of quantitative research with an associative approach (relationships). The main data source comes from questionnaire answers distributed to murabahah multipurpose financing customers at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat with 50 respondents. The results of the study explain that both partially and simultaneously there is a significant influence between religiosity and product knowledge together on customers' decisions to use multipurpose murabaha financing products at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat. Religiosity and product knowledge influence customers' decisions to use murabahah multipurpose financing products at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat of 70.9%. There is a positive or consistent relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, meaning that if religiosity and product knowledge increase, the customer's decision to use murabahah multipurpose financing products at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat has also increased, and vice versa if religiosity and product knowledge has decreased, the customer's decision to use multipurpose murabahah financing products at PT. This is due to environmental demands that require a person to appear more attractive. However, several indicators in the selection of cosmetics need to be considered because they relate to the accuracy of making a choice. This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle and reference groups on purchasing decisions for halal cosmetics. The sample in this study was 100 Muhammadiyah University Yogyakarta female students with a purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that lifestyle and reference groups have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for halal cosmetics. For this reason, managers need to carry out promotions by targeting reference groups that can influence people's purchasing decisions for cosmetics. Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Binjai https://jurnal.staijm.ac.id/ojs/index.php/jurnalazizi/article/view/81 <p><em>This study aims to find out the profit-sharing system according to Islamic law and legislation, to find out the practice of implementing a profit-sharing system in mudharabah financing and to find out the challenges faced by Islamic banks with Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic banks. This study used a qualitative method, in which researchers went directly to the field to conduct interviews with employees of PT. Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Binjai. The results show that first, the rules of Al-mudharabah in Islam have 5 important elements, namely: Shahibul-maal, Mudharib, Shighatul-aqd, Ra'sul-maal, Ar-Ribh and the fatwa of the National Sharia Council NO. :07/DSNMUI/IV/2000 regarding mudharabah financing, as well as Law No. 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic banking. Second, the practice of implementing a profit sharing system at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Binjai has been running in accordance with fatwa No.07/-DSN-MUI/IV/2000 and in accordance with Bank Indonesia regulations which are the basis for Islamic banking operations. The data source for this research was obtained directly from the answers to the questionnaires distributed to the research respondents, namely employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study explain partially or simultaneously that there is a significant influence between work discipline and the work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat. Work discipline and work environment affect the performance of employees at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Stabat KCP of 86.3%. This research also shows the direction of a positive relationship between work discipline and the work environment on employee performance, the better the work discipline the employee has and the more comfortable the work environment is, the employee performance at PT. This type of research is quantitative research that emphasizes numerical data (numbers) processed using inferential statistical methods (analyzing the relationship between variables by testing hypotheses). Data analysis in this study used the validity test, reliability test, normality test, t test, r test, and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study explain that there is a significant influence between rahn financing in Micro Enterprises on increasing customer income at Pegadaian Syariah Binjai. Rahn financing for micro businesses channeled by Pegadaian Syariah Binjai affects the increase in the income of customers who receive this financing by 63%. The source of this research data was obtained from questionnaire answers given by research respondents, namely Savings and Loans Customers of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) Pematang Cengal, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency. Data analysis in this study used validity test, reliability test, normality test, hypothesis test, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on this test, it is explained that there is a significant influence between service and customer satisfaction for savings and loans for Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) Pematang Cengal, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency. Services provided by Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) Pematang Cengal, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency for savings and loan customers affect customer satisfaction by 90.4%. There is a positive or in-line relationship between Service and Customer Satisfaction, the better the service provided by the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDES) of Pematang Cengal, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency, the higher the customer satisfaction for savings and loans, and vice versa, the lower the service provided by Village-Owned Enterprises (Village-Owned Enterprises).
