Implementation of Early Childhood Education Management in Improving the Quality of Learning at RA Attakal Yaqin Berandan. The subject of this research is the Principal and Teachers Council RA Attakal Yaqin Berandan. This research was conducted at RA Attakal Yaqin Berandan. Using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Before conducting the research, the author asked permission from the RA Attakal Yaqin Berandan school to carry out field research. The results of the research carried out are: Early Childhood Islamic Education Management Planning (PIAUD) was prepared through a working meeting between Foundation Management, School Principals and Teachers at the beginning of the new school year. The learning tools used include: Annual Program, Semester Program, Weekly Activity Plan and Daily Activity Plan. The curriculum used is a combination of the Education Department curriculum and the RA/BA Curriculum. The implementation of learning in the PIAUD RA Attakal Yaqin Berandan class uses a central model. Early childhood learning is integrated with the development of morals and values ​​of faith and devotion in each child in accordance with Islamic teachings through group prayer activities, memorizing short letters, memorizing prayers, short hadiths and Islamic songs. Program evaluation is divided into 2 stages, namely: internal supervision carried out by managers, school principals and educators through evaluation meetings and external supervision by the Education Service and the Langkat Regency Ministry of Religion Regional Office for supervision and monitoring of learning activities. The second stage, namely the evaluation of the results of the child's development progress, is carried out using a child development checklist (Communication Book and End of Year Report Book).
